Return and Refund
The Return & Refund Policy of KIM DUC Australia Pty Ltd is as follows: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days.
Once we receive the returned item, KIM DUC Australia Pty Ltd will then issue a full refund. Please note that this refund excludes shipping, as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost
of your order if a shipment was applied. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchase the wrong item, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping) within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item(s) are not opened, used, and are
returned with the original receipt or order number. For safety reasons and in accordance with Australian consumer law, we are unable to exchange or refund items if we receive any of the
following:
Open Food Packaging
Items where the seal or outer packaging is broken
Damaged items (folded or crushed)
Items damaged by misuse
Exchange and Replacements
You are entitled to a replacement or exchange. As soon as you discover a faulty, defective, or damaged item, KIM DUC Australia Pty Ltd must be notified within 7 business days. Please
send us a picture of the item and include a brief description of the fault via email. Keep the damaged or faulty item, and we will collect and exchange it on the next delivery of your order to
save on shipping costs. Alternatively, you can drop by our office for a one-to-one exchange of the faulty or damaged item
